Operations Manager Pursuit Recruitment  

Pursuit is fast approaching it‘s 10th year in Business, and continues to experience growth despite the economic climate. With it’s launch of Pursuit Finance Limited in 2010, a company specialising in Finance & Accountancy professionals, the Managing Director’s role has broadened considerably, and to continue to lead the Pursuit brand strategically forward the organisation is seeking an Operations Manager.

The key responsibility of the role is to manage Pursuit Recruitment and help expand the commercial arm throughout Essex and into Cambridgeshire and the City of London. 

You will have successfully led a team forward in achieving budgets in excess of £2 million, managing a team of consultants developing new business whilst continuing to manage and grow an existing profitable client base. A minimum of 5 years exp at this level is imperative within the commercial recruitment field. You will be able to develop and coach consultants to be high achievers whilst delivering marketing initiatives in a competitive challenging industry. You will be a team player and willing to be involved in the day to day activities of a busy recruitment consultancy, yet have the ability to lead from the front with a clear management style. 

We have a successful team of experienced consultants in place within our commercial division who are dynamic and passionate about our brand, but need a strong leader to support them in achieving their targets and developing their desks in what is still a challenging and demanding economic climate.
