I had an email from a chap called Kyle Lagunas recently asking if I wanted to mention the blog post he'd written about Web-Based Applicant Tracking Systems: A Comparison In Functionality. It's a mini review of four applicant tracking software products. It's a nice idea but one which, when you look at his comparison tables, will show you how similar on paper these providers look.

However, I think the problem is still that it's very difficult to tell a lot on paper.
