Lorraine Phair, Managing Director of Pursuit Recruitment actively supports helping young adults pursue a successful career within the local market.

Working closely with Chelmsford Borough Council, Lorraine and the team at Pursuit attended the “Find your Future” event held at Essex County Cricket ground, which was aimed at getting young people to improve their employment skills in the workplace.
 
Due to her extensive recruitment background, Lorraine was asked to host presentations to advise on a career within administration and office work. In the past, Lorraine has been heavily involved with local colleges to give career advise to those looking for a successful career. Continuing her involvement in promoting today’s talent, Lorraine received a fantastic response from those who attended her presentation.
 
The team at Pursuit Recruitment were on hand the whole day to give advice on how to get into or back into employment, from CV writing tips to advice on how to up-skill to ensure that they are successful when applying for roles in the local market.
 
Supported by Chelmsford’s Mayor, Bob Shepherd M.B.E., the ‘Find your Future’ event was a huge success.
