Over the past nine years Pursuit Recruitment has developed into a highly respected, well established and successful employment agency.We're a small yet highly experienced professional recruitment company that represents a combined forty years of service to human resource professionals across the entire county.

How we do it
Whenever and wherever possible, in our relationships with clients we seek to move towards face-to-face contacts with key managerial personnel making our service personal and thus enhancing what we believe to be effective and proactive responses to the task of recruiting permanent and temporary staff. Our job is to help people and our high profile offers the benefits of a large organisation. We prefer to work face-to-face with our clients, whatever their size and we strive to ensure that we build an honest and reliable service. We recognise that the people we work with are important to us and we hope that we will be important to them.
We are now nine years into the business and have learnt so much from our candidates and clients that we are often able to provide innovative solutions which have obviously enhanced our reputation for providing an uncompromising level of service those clients and candidates expect and deserve. Recognising difficulties presented by the current economic climate we believe that our understanding of the demands of your selection process means that, from the outset, we are confident of finding those skills and personal qualities that will best fit your offices.
