Staffed by a team of highly skilled HR practitioners with many combined years of experience in both the Public and Private sectors. All of our Consultants have worked on both sides of employment as Recruiters and Line Managers.
We look after you when they are at their most Vulnerable
Pursuit feel it is a very important function which offers realistic help to you and your staff when they are at their most vulnerable. When an outplacement service is offered it helps line managers to select positions for redundancy with a clearer conscience, making their jobs easier. It also helps the retained staff to feel more positive about their position within the company and in turn could help to raise employee morale and overall productivity.
In the first instance each employee would be invited to attend a meeting with one of our consultants to discuss the services and support available, how the services would benefit the employee, and how they can access the service. Following this initial meeting, and subject to the employee’s satisfactions, we could then proceed with the Outplacement Support Programme.
Our Outplacement Support Program offers:
- Career Assessment – evaluating career history and possible career paths open to them
- Candidate Assessment – help candidates understand their own potential, skills, experience and strengths
- Marketing Preparation - including CV and Interview Techniques
- Job Search Support – evaluate job offers to make sure it meets the candidates short & long term objectives
Because our package is flexible we can deliver our service either in-house at your premises or the Pursuit office in Chelmsford or at any external site of your choice. Our availability is as flexible as our package and we can do weekdays, evenings or weekends.
